Solareff is seeking a meticulous and proactive Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the legal and commercial departments with administrative functions related to tender processes, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and the drafting of various legal and corporate documents.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a legal administrative or paralegal role, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
Excellent written communication skills with strong ability to draft and understand legal documentation.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with contractual terminology and legal principles relating to construction, engineering, and service agreements.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support during tender preparation and submission processes.
Assist with the drafting, formatting, reviewing, and tracking of EPC agreements, SLAs, and other legal documents.
Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence including legal letters and notices.
Maintain an efficient filing system for legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel where necessary.
Assist in compiling and organising due diligence documents and compliance records.
