First Technology National Services department is looking for a Services Administrator to join the team at our offices in Midrand
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Booking service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and managing service timelines.
- Customer Interaction: Answering phone calls, responding to service inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
- Paperwork and Record Keeping: Processing service-related paperwork, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Order and Invoice Processing: Creating, processing, and managing quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy in quotes, orders, and other relevant documents.
- Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Working with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: May be involved in managing parts inventory or other service-related supplies.
- Reporting: Creating reports on service activities, performance, and customer feedback.
- Service Desk monitoring : Monitor the notifications on our ServiceDesk software and confirm assignments with the engineers.
- Capture and manage job cards and travel claims : Accurate capturing reporting of travel claims and job cards
- Training Schedules : Update training requirements of the engineers to maintain training requirements from the different OEM suppliers
