Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Regularly engage distributors through meetings, joint sales calls, and strategic planning sessions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within distributor accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
- Channel Development & Support
- Recruit and onboard new distributors where needed to expand market reach.
- Provide tools, training, and ongoing support to help distributors succeed.
- Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all distributor touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track distributor performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present findings to leadership.
- Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
- Visit key end customers with distributors to understand needs and drive demand.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Compliance & Brand Representation
- Ensure distributors represent the brand in accordance with company values and standards.
- Support compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
- All Other Reasonable Duties as Assigned
- Channel Sales Management: Proven ability to manage and grow a network of distributors.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with external partners.
- Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
- Marketing Execution: Experience in coordinating marketing efforts with channel partners.
- Communication: Effective presenter and communicator, able to represent the brand professionally.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and draw actionable insights.
