Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
  • Regularly engage distributors through meetings, joint sales calls, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within distributor accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Channel Development & Support
  • Recruit and onboard new distributors where needed to expand market reach.
  • Provide tools, training, and ongoing support to help distributors succeed.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all distributor touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track distributor performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present findings to leadership.
  • Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
  • Visit key end customers with distributors to understand needs and drive demand.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Compliance & Brand Representation
  • Ensure distributors represent the brand in accordance with company values and standards.
  • Support compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
  • All Other Reasonable Duties as Assigned

  • Channel Sales Management: Proven ability to manage and grow a network of distributors.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with external partners.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
  • Marketing Execution: Experience in coordinating marketing efforts with channel partners.
  • Communication: Effective presenter and communicator, able to represent the brand professionally.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and draw actionable insights.

Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with regular regional travel to support distributors.
