As a trusted advisor to middle and junior management, you’ll guide leaders through performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational design. You’ll collaborate across HR specialist areas to deliver tailored solutions, drive diversity and inclusion, and foster a culture of growth and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Design and deliver fit-for-purpose interventions that empower teams.
- Lead recruitment efforts and internal mobility strategies.
- Analyze HR data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion employee engagement, morale, and wellbeing.
- Provide both routine and ad-hoc HR services with precision and care.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field (Honours preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR practices, ideally within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a commitment to inclusion and excellence.
