Description
Oversee the development and execution of key brand initiatives with the goal to drive sustainable profitable growth and build brand equity. Ensure excellence in execution and work extremely closely with all local and regional teams.
DEFINES CONSUMER MARKETING STRATEGY AND ENSURES RELEVANCY IN SOUTH AFRICA- Build consumer marketing calendar including A&P quarter and priorities
- Collaborates with DCM (Online, paid, owned and earned media, CRM, to define the right activations and tools and ensure a 360-degree approach
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to enable Markets with best-in-class tools to support the strategy (360 file, Launch report, templates for ad-hoc request etc.)
- Take part of marketing budget elaboration, conducting budget analysis and building estimations related to consumer engagement activities and related on-going follow-up with affiliates.
- Collaborate with Online manager to drive Online growth and ensure consistency with media activations (digital, social and traditional) and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with VM manager to ensure consistency within all touchpoints and ensure assets delivery for each touchpoint; focus on link with service model, omni consumer experience (digital tools, QR codes, link to online)
- Reports key activations to Regional team, Analyze ROI ( Sales results, KPI) and share consumer/market learnings to Brand Director and region
- Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence strategy execution and key partnerships.
- Develop a thorough omni-channel understanding of consumer behaviors and preferences with digital, social and CRM focus.
- Lead strategy and validate execution of PR, Media (incl. influencers) and CRM activities for big bets.
- Leads and orchestrates Paid, Owned and Earned activities, giving clear guidelines and objectives and ensuring smooth flow of information
- Lead Intelligence on innovative approaches towards consumer and Do&Learn on identified markets. Ensure Scaling at regional level and shares consumer insights and data, infusing the overall team
- Be the referent for Consumer related agencies and teams (Media/CRM/CI) at EMEA level
- Monitor and Analyze affiliates available results (Media and campaigns tracking KPIs) to drive recommendation
Qualifications
- Master degree in Business and /or Marketing
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Extensive experience in cosmetic industry / retail sector / prestige brands
- People Management experience
- Required skills with broad view of the business, industry and consumer/retail environment
