Videographer

Purpose:
To support creative services, design manager, creative ideation and asset creation

Key roles and responsibilities:
To support Creative Services
Assist with completion of briefs as directed by DM.
Attend and photograph all events to ensure visual documentation
Operate cameras to record video footage according to the script or creative direction
Add effects, graphics, transitions, music, voiceovers, and colour grading
Support design manager.
Assist with generic STADIO collateral and assets.
Assist with multi school collateral and assets
Manage and archive raw footage and project files and maintain organised folders.
Scout locations and assess lighting, sound, and logistical needs
Creative ideation and asset creation
Stay up to date with new technology, trends, and techniques in videography
Liaise effectively with STADIO internal clients and external stakeholders
Ensure proper framing, composition, and visual storytelling
Develop scripts when required
Minimum requirements
Relevant tertiary education qualification in videography
Four years’ experience working as a videographer in a corporate environment
Knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite software (After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) is required
Motion graphics or animations will be advantageous
Apple Mac and Windows literate.
Microsoft Suite proficient
Knowledge of visual design techniques, tools, and principles
Knowledge on formatting and exporting videos for various platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).
