Primary Responsibilities
- Review, organize and update all tickets and opportunities throughout the presale process.
- Work with Solutions Architects and engineers to assign and schedule sales engineering tickets.
- Work with the sales team and Solutions Architects to organize and schedule meetings with clients when necessary.
- Work with the sales team, engineers, and Solutions Architects to organize and schedule onsite assessments when necessary.
- Work with the sales team and client to schedule and perform network assessments using preferred VEIT tools.
- Provide continuous coaching to members of the sales and technical teams on the presale process.
- Coordinate any interaction needed from the Solutions Architect team after the sales engineering process has been completed.
- Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to internal employees.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to leadership.
- Train members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in the technology field – technical certifications are a plus.
- Preference will be given to previous experience that includes process development or administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and consultative sales skills.
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of general IT aspects.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word).
- Pay attention to detail, multi-task, and follow through.
- Be a team-oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong passion for customer service.
