Job Summary
The Director of Project Management will oversee IT infrastructure projects within a Managed Services environment, ensuring seamless execution, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple clients.

Job Summary
The Director of Project Management will oversee IT infrastructure projects within a Managed Services environment, ensuring seamless execution, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies tailored to Managed Services operations.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure project management within a Managed Services company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, ITIL).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Expertise in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
