The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Professional for our HQ in Bucharest (hybrid).

The position reports to thе DRS Sales Manager and is entrusted with executing our Sales Strategy for cash management services and solutions (Brink's | Soluții digitale personalizate de optimizare numerar - Brink's România).

The ideal candidate is a results-driven person, with strong communication and negotiation skills, business oriented and connected to market trends and developments.

Profile & Position Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Background within Banking (Cash Management, ATM) or Retail industries/ solutions represents an advantage
  • Proven experience in a B2B services/ solution offering
  • Strong command of English language
  • Drivers’ license
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Idеntifies, qualifies, drives and manages new businеss opportunitiеs, driving еffective business devеlopment activitiеs, in compliancе with the company’s business strategy;
  • Constantly scans the environment for growth potential within cash solutions for Retail customers;
  • Builds and manages long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners;
  • Market research & knowledge - research industry and markets. Analyzes competition, engages with customers to identify and evaluate specific new business solution opportunities. Builds in-depth knowledge of the industry and developing trends (ex. digitalization).
  • Forecasts sales volume and profit for existing and new products / customers.
