About Nivoda
Nivoda is a global B2B marketplace transforming the jewelry supply chain. Our platform connects thousands of independent jewelers with international suppliers through a seamless digital experience. With offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, and customers in 50+ countries, we are growing fast and building for scale.
At our core, we’re a technology-led company driven by bold ideas, relentless execution, and a deep understanding of our customers. As we expand, we’re looking for exceptional people who are builders at heart.
The Role: Program Manager | Nivoda Capital | Collections Optimization
We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead and evolve the global collections strategy for Nivoda Capital, the embedded credit engine powering Nivoda’s B2B marketplace. This is a high-impact role that will start by owning collections end-to-end: optimizing systems, reducing aging debt, automating manual workflows, and improving customer experience across regions and currencies.
But Collections is just the beginning.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build across the financial stack. Once you’ve successfully scaled our collections function, you’ll take on the next mission-critical program, whether it’s credit automation, embedded underwriting, risk tooling, payments optimization, or the launch of new products.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, Credit Risk, and Sales, building durable, data-driven solutions that enhance our cash position and reduce friction in the customer experience.
If you love fixing messy processes, automating manual work, and tackling high-impact projects in a fast-paced fintech environment, this is your next move.
