At ooba, we’re looking for a Head of Digital Ecosystems (Platform & Channel) to join our management team, at our Cape Town head office (where we operate a hybrid workplace: https://careers.ooba.co.za/hybrid-work/).

We're looking for candidates based in Cape Town (or open to relocating), with 10+ years exp' in the same or similar role in digital product management, preferably in: fintech, proptech, marketplaces, or digital ecosystems.

Also, you'll have a proven track record for delivery of complex digital products, including the ability to take initiatives from concept to real-world execution in high-stakes environments. You'll have exp’ integrating new digital products into existing business units and embedding them into multi-offering ecosystems. You'll have had accountability for commercial outcomes, including: platform-related revenue generation, cost control, and business-case-led investment. You'll know how to build and evolve customer platforms (CDPs), particularly integrating diverse data sources (behavioural, bureau, interaction) into a single view, while managing partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
