Drive end-to-end project management of major regulatory and compliance initiatives such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering) implementation programmes and IFRS17 (Insurance contracts reporting standards)
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and risk functions to achieve project objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage stakeholder relationships at senior and executive levels.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and governance reporting.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Proven experience managing large, complex regulatory or financial services transformation projects.
Strong track record delivering projects in highly regulated environments (insurance, banking, asset management).
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, retirement fund reform, and IFRS17.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Between 5 - 7 Years
