- Ensurethat the baking, pastries and desserts are prepared as per specification takinginto account, taste, quality, garnishing, and presentation.
- Ensure that the packing of breadproducts, plating of desserts and pastries are as per specification and clientrequirement.
- Ensure accurate completion of CCPrecords.
- Ensure the process of hygiene, quality, quantity, meeting ofbox times and food cost are effectively met.
- Ensure that all items are prepared as per Clients ServiceLevel Agreement.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Hot Kitchen, Procurement andFood Stores to ensure timeously completion of products.
- Ensurethat the correct quantities are received from the other department in order toensure that the Airline receives the correct pax number.
- Ensurethat the quality of the product received is of the best quality before packingand sending it to the client.
- Ensure thecleanliness of the kitchen and its equipment.
- Ensure theFood Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Manage thehandling, cleaning and care of kitchen equipment.
- Ensure successful execution oflast minute orders from airline representative.
- Ensure compliance with customerspecifications, quality standards, and other regulations.
- Ensure that the Daily Box times aremet.
- To monitor and report back to your line manager any issuesrelating to staff, food safety and health and safety.
- Anyother reasonable task that may be required by management.
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Patisserie will be an advantage
- 1 Years’ Experience
- Defineddecision Making
- abilityto follow job and safety instructions
