At ooba, we’re looking for a Digital Partnership & Development Lead to join our team, at our Cape Town head office (where we operate a hybrid workplace: https://careers.ooba.co.za/hybrid-work/).


We're looking for candidates based in Cape Town (or open to relocating), with 5+ years exp' in the same or similar role, preferably in: financial services, property, lead generation, or affiliate marketing ecosystems.


Also, you'll have a proven track record of success in business development or strategic partnership roles within digital ecosystems, as well as familiarity with customer acquisition strategies, conversion funnels, and ROI tracking. You'll have understanding of how digital tools (i.e. embedded calculators, APIs, gated flows) drive user engagement and lead flow; as well as commercial acumen and data literacy (i.e. interpreting performance dashboards).


In addition to digital fluency, you'll be able to work across product, tech, and marketing teams. In this role you'll need to be a strategic thinker, who can identify scalable growth opportunities in partner ecosystems, and then have the ability to execute on them. You must have the ability to interface confidently with both commercial and technical stakeholders, as well as have strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
