Role: Sales/Commercial Intern
Position Overview
The Sales and Commercial Intern supports the sales and commercial team in achieving revenue growth and improving customer engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, market research, and customer relationship management. It is ideal for a motivated and detailed recent graduate seeking real-work business experience in this field
Key Responsibilities
Sales / Commercial
- Assisting the sales team on live sales activities
- Creation of Southern Africa office electronic file resources (brochures, presentations, templates, etc.)
- Monitoring marketing activities for any customer leads
- Lead management (Salesforce, follow up, etc.)
- Idea sharing on potential marketing channels, customer groups, and/or routes to market for Africa, the Middle East, and Europe
- Support the commercial team in contract preparation and all other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, etc.) to align deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Any marketing skills and/or interest
- Salesforce experience would be a bonus
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal
- Analytical mindset with attention
- Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team
