Project Manager - Games JHB

• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure sufficiently qualified, skilled and trained personnel and other resources are available to perform the assigned tasks. Plan for optimum resource utilisation and determine where additional resourcing needs are required.
• Manage key relationships and handle day-to-day queries from senior client personnel.
• Identify improvement areas and other efficiencies that can be implemented to supply the client with an optimal streamlined certification process.
• Manage projects through all phases: Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Use ClickUp and Monday.com to track timelines, tasks and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring all requirements are met.
Generate project status reports and conduct regular progress meetings

Job Specification

• Relevant Science/Commerce/IT degree/diploma
• 5+ years project management experience in the IT sector
• PMP or Prince2 certification advantageous
