About the role

We are looking for a Specialist: Fire and Emergency Response. RBM is classified as a major Hazard Installation with numerous inherent fire risks directly linked to each processing step. Most of this fire risk has the potential to harm people and cause significant damaged to key assets including unintended impact of communities and the environment. Hence this role is primarily focused on mitigating any potential fire risk onsite whilst ensuring adequate emergency preparedness should any of the preventative measures fails.

This role will help operationalize Risk Management culture within RBM.

  • The position will drive and report progress on execution of risk management across the portfolio to leadership on an ongoing basis process.

  • Support process owners to ensure the fully understand the fire risk within their department and have adequate control in place to prevent or reduced the likelihood of fire incidents.
