RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management & FIFO Compliance
Implement and enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principlesacross all inventory movements and allocations.
Monitor inventory accuracy between physical stock and systemrecords.
Identify, track, and escalate slow-moving or stagnant stock torelevant departments for timely action.
Aged Stock Monitoring & RSM Coordination
Regularly review and highlight aged inventory to sales andplanning teams.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) torecommend:
Variant changes
Stock swaps
Support stock rotation planning and execution across regionsor hubs.
Order Allocation & Prioritisation
Allocate stock to customer orders based on:
FIFO rules
Order priority (retail, wholesale, backorder)
Stock availability
Ensure high-priority or high-value orders are fulfilled withoutdelay.
Maintain transparency on allocation decisions with sales andplanning teams.
Stock Order Fulfilment & Backorder Monitoring
Monitor order fulfilment rates and ensure timely dispatchesacross channels.
Track and manage backorders, ensuring alignment withinbound stock arrivals.
Communicate proactively with logistics and sales teams onorder status, stock issues, and potential delays.
Inbound SKD (Semi Knocked Down) Coordination
Coordinate inbound SKD shipments with planning and logistics.
Ensure accurate unloading, inspection, and system entry ofreceived units.
Track shipment schedules to align with customer demand andthe order pipeline.
Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure readiness for stockallocation and movement.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience in inventory or inbound logistics
Proficient in Autocrat, ENATIS, and supplier/warehouse systems
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Financial Releases confirmations from Finance
Dealer communication and ensure the queries are closed timeously
Support the Customer Service Team
Between 3 - 5 Years
