Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Educate customers on our products and services, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database
Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns
Continuously improve customer satisfaction by monitoring and analyzing customer feedback
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Knowledge of water treatment industry is a plus
