Responsibilities

  • Align simulated training to operational requirements
  • Take ownership of project management of the scope of this platform, through a defined phased approach and efficient implementation
  • Work very closely with the development team to translate the requirements into a defined business requirements document
  • Prepare instructional media elements for online learning delivery through gamification
  • Standardize formatting of materials in new or existing courses and course content
  • Create interactive elements on the LMS for courses and learning
  • Configure and upload exams and quizzes onto the LMS, challenges and games to inspire learning and education and drive achievements
  • Create/Convert online course content or materials with multimedia development tools
  • Design, create, and maintain job aids, documentation, and training materials
  • Audit and Maintain Courses to ensure up to date content and topics
  • Ensure SDF has access to report on activities and statistics

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Experience with Learning Management (LMS)
  • Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
