What You’ll Do
Process Design & Optimization
- Map, audit, and rethink how tech products flow from concept to delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and design workflows that scale
- Track process performance using advanced analytics
- Introduce new capabilities, systems, and frameworks that unlock growth
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate change smoothly
- Bring the future in—adopt and adapt emerging tech and methodologies
- Lead multiple initiatives with precision and accountability
- Set project milestones, drive alignment, and deliver outcomes
- Balance rapid execution with thoughtful planning
- Provide deep process knowledge to product and dev teams
- Guide stakeholders through transitions and adoption
- Maintain clear documentation for every new process, tool, and change
- Define what success looks like—then measure it
- Report the business impact of your process improvements
- Identify new areas to optimize using performance data
- Increase Profitability – Streamline product cycles, reduce waste, and stretch every resource further
- Enhance Productivity – Accelerate delivery, reduce manual tasks, and improve throughput
- Drive Innovation – Bring bold ideas to life and embed them into how we operate
- 2–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Process Engineer, or Technical Specialist
- Strong background in technical environments, with repeatable cycles and systems
- Experience in telecoms is a major plus
- Solid understanding of system design, delivery, and deployment processes
- Bonus: JIRA admin experience, ITIL certification, and a degree in IT/Engineering
- You can speak both technical and business fluently
- Calm under pressure, focused during chaos
- Known for keeping teams aligned and stakeholders engaged
- Detail-obsessed and highly organized
- Curious, forward-thinking, and relentless in pursuit of better
