The Product Implementation Architect bridges the gap between product strategy and implementation within our Investment Management Business Unit. This role focuses on designing robust, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with client requirements and product capabilities. It serves as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding implementation teams and supporting clients through complex deployments.

Some Of The Awesome Things You Would Involved With
- Design Solutions: Develop scalable, compliant solution designs aligned with product strategy and tailored to client needs.
- Deployment Support: Create standardised deployment approaches for both productised and bespoke implementations.
- Expert Guidance: Act as an SME and escalation point for Implementation and Support teams.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate client needs into functional specifications, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed solution and deployment documentation for internal and external use.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical insight during pre-sales, advising on feasibility and integration.
- Client Training: Deliver tailored training sessions to support client adoption and reduce post-deployment support needs.
- Client Engagement: Foster trusted advisor relationships with key clients to enhance product adoption and feedback loops.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution design, systems design, or implementation within fintech or investment management.
- Strong expertise in data modelling, system integration, and client-focused solution delivery
- Knowledge of investment management technologies and standards.
- Complexity Management: Effectively manages complex, multi-faceted requirements, translating them into practical, scalable, and reliable solutions that meet client and product needs.
- Autonomy and Initiative: Demonstrates strong independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, providing expert technical guidance and proactively addressing challenges with minimal oversight.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Uses data-driven insights and strategic analysis to refine solution designs, enhance deployment practices, and anticipate potential risks or improvements.
- Creativity and Innovation: Continuously seeks innovative solutions to technical challenges, contributing to the development of scalable, user-centred, and forward-thinking designs.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Remains flexible and resilient in the face of evolving requirements and project complexities, ensuring a high standard of quality and sustained client satisfaction.
