We Need Someone Who Can See What Others Miss.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Data – Extract and clean data from large, disparate systems with surgical precision.
- Find the Signal – Identify what matters, and bring it into sharp focus.
- Build the Story – Turn rows and columns into visual narratives that command attention.
- Drive Action – Create dashboards and reports that influence executive decisions.
- Collaborate Across the Floor – From engineers to execs, you’ll be the go-to for actionable intelligence.
- Streamline and Scale – Automate the routine. Optimize the essential.
- 3+ years in data analysis or reporting in high-pressure environments.
- Advanced SQL skills. You speak fluent data.
- Deep experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- You're not just technical, you’re a translator between data and decision-makers.
- Extreme attention to detail and an instinct for spotting patterns.
- You’re calm under pressure, even when the data isn't.
- Experience in telecom or operational support environments.
- Python skills for automation or deeper analytics.
- A knack for stitching together data from multiple sources.
- Knowledge of forecasting, statistical modeling, or anomaly detection.
