Drive Field Sales team productivity as lead for trade reporting, innovation and delivery of productivity initiatives and Client engagement programs. Ownership of DP depletions, customer master file and mapping with Insights team, coverage plans, KPI Management, reporting, and general administration.

Report Management
Delivery, maintenance, quality control & improvement. Integrate with multiple off-take data sources and combine Red Bull field information for holistic analysis of performance.
Customer Master File/Call Cycle Management
Overall ownership, analysis & maintenance
Feedback on deliverables
Field KPIs, Campaign deliverables & MBR inputs
Innovation
Provide the field sales teams with the instruments needed to drive better in store execution and tools on which to manage their teams more strategically
Co-ordination of Field priorities
With field sales management and TM team be responsible for the distribution of the periodic action plan/ periodic sales tools as well as blitzes and Bullring ownership. Driving POS and campaign planning
Incentive Management & Campaign Planning
Ensuring the timely management of Field Sales Incentives with publishing of leaderboards Effective Management of POS campaigns and coordination within Field Team.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG sector
- Analytical skills – sees connections in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives
- Experience as field sales rep / striker or within front line selling – 1 year+
- Competent IT skills, especially of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda on a daily basis and a passion to deliver against tight deadlines.
- Generates innovative ideas, fresh perspectives and creative solutions that add value
- Gives constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve their performance
- Fluent in written & spoken English. EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and experience with Field Force automation.
