Occupational Hygiene Risk Management
Conduct risk assessments and design exposure monitoring programs
Implement control strategies, including ventilation and PPE programs
Perform inspections and audits for effectiveness of hygiene measures
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and prepare regulatory reports
Maintain records of hygiene assessments, surveillance, and control measures
Support the legal obligations of the HSE department
Program Development & Integration
Develop hygiene programs (hazardous substances, noise, heat, biological agents)
Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to embed hygiene into design
Support emergency preparedness planning
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Provide training and guidance on hygiene risks and controls
Report on hygiene performance and improvements
Continuous Improvement
Monitor trends in hygiene science and technology
Drive innovations in monitoring and control systems
Benchmark hygiene practices against industry leaders
Cross-Functional Risk Integration
Align hygiene risks within broader HSE and ESG strategies

Qualifications and Experience :
Education
Bachelor’s degree in occupational Hygiene, Environmental Health, or similar
Preferred: Honours/Master’s, ROH registration, Radiation Protection certification, ISO 45001 Auditor
Experience
5–8 years in high-risk industrial or technical environments
Proven ability to implement hygiene programs and work with regulatory authorities

Expert knowledge of hygiene, monitoring equipment, and legislation
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with ISO standards and risk management systems
