Are you an operational powerhouse looking to lead regional end‑to‑end distribution excellence? Join us as the Senior Regional Operations Manager, where you’ll own the strategic, data‑driven optimization of multiple Distribution Centers and make a real impact with a dynamic team.

About the Role

• Operational Leadership: Take charge of all DC functions—From SOP compliance to OTIF delivery—ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence.
• Strategic Execution: Design and deliver strategies tied to national objectives, using Lean/Six‑Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
• Data & Analytics: Shape KPIs and predictive analytics for capacity planning, labour optimization, and cost control.
• People & Culture: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performance, values‑driven management team, fostering transformation and counting on your experience in union settings.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Be the trusted partner to key clients and TES providers, owning performance reviews and issue resolution.
• Risk & Compliance: Enforce SHEQ standards, drive Business Continuity planning, and uphold all labour and legal frameworks (e.g., OHS Act, BCEA, Labour relations).

Who You Are

• Industry veteran: 8–10 yrs in FMCG or large-scale logistics distribution; 3–5 yrs in senior leadership roles
• Labour-savvy: Experience with TES management, CCMA, and unionised environments
• Educated & certified: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business; Lean Six‑Sigma certification advantageous
• Analytical & adaptive: Data-oriented, strategic thinker, resilient, emotionally mature, and culturally intelligent
• Transformational leader: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, negotiate at all levels, and lead change under pressure

What You'll Bring

• A track record of multi‑site operational excellence in FMCG or service environments
• Expertise in labour and agency management, with CCMA exposure
• Skilled in Lean/Six‑Sigma, TPS, or Kaizen
• Strong background in data analytics, WMS, and KPI frameworks
• Outstanding abilities in communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
