Purpose of the role
To assess and enable organisational culture and drive effective change across the organisation. The role together with the CHRO will focus on assessing, developing and implementing solutions that enhance organisational effectiveness, develop a strong cultural foundation and facilitate transformational change in the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Work with business on design and optimisation of organisational structures and job design that also enhance agility, collaboration and optimisation across organisational units.
- Develop, implement, facilitate and maintain appropriate assessment solutions for all positions in the organisation as part of the recruitment process.
- Develop, implement and maintain interview and competency frameworks for all positions.
- Design, implement and regularly conduct assessments of current organisational culture and engagement, identifying areas for improvement, designing appropriate solutions, implementing solutions and measuring results over time.
- Develop, implement and drive initiatives to promote the EVP internally and externally.
- Develop, implement and maintain the performance management framework and work with business to establish KPIs in line with business objectives.
- Develop, implement and maintain the 360 review questionnaires.
- Analyse data and make recommendations with regards to all HR processes and initiatives
- Analyse data across processes, draw conclusions and make recommendations e.g. link between recruitment, retention and performance.
- Facilitate leadership programs and measure impact over time.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on designing off site agendas
- Collaborate with senior leadership on content for community meetings
- Drive a collaborative Unifi calendar to create unity and connectedness across all operating entities across Africa.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure alignment of learning programs to job design, Unifi language and the Unifi way.
- Be an internal coach for mid level managers and specialists as needed.

Requirements
- Registered Psychometrist
- a minimum of 5 years experience in an organisational effectiveness role
- iEQ9 practitioner accreditation is advantageous
- strong understanding of job design and evaluation
- demonstrated experience in facilitating change initiatives
- demonstrated experience in leadership development
- demonstrated experience in employee engagement/culture initiatives
