This position reports to the Head of Marketing (TFS)

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the division.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and overall growth objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and key opportunities to position the company as a leader in logistics and fulfilment services.

Brand Management & Promotion:

  • Lead brand-building efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of TFS.
  • Oversee the creation of key messaging, promotional materials, and campaigns that communicate the division's value propositions effectively.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and communication strategies that elevate brand awareness.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy for multiple marketing channels, including the website, blog, email campaigns, digital media, and other online platforms.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including case studies, success stories etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company values, key offerings, and marketing objectives.

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy for multiple marketing channels, including the website, blog, email campaigns, digital media, and other online platforms.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (in collaboration with the Digital Manager):

  • Drive lead generation initiatives through digital channels such as paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Develop and manage the company's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to increase engagement with potential clients.
  • Understanding of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, working closely with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search engines.

Sales & Marketing Alignment:

  • Work in close partnership with the sales and operational teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring lead generation efforts translate into qualified leads.
  • Develop tools and materials that support the sales team's efforts, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Monitor and optimise the conversion process, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams.

Market Research & Data Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance and lead generation efforts using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other data sources.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Event Management & Partnerships:

  • Plan and execute industry-related events, webinars, and conferences to promote the division and engage with prospective clients.
  • Identify and build relationships with key partners, influencers, and vendors that can support marketing initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget for the division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns.
  • Track spending, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least , ideally within logistics, fulfilment, or a related industry.
  • 2 years focused on B2B services (advantage)
  • Experience in managing
  • 2 years management experience managing a team of creatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for developing unique marketing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented
