Job Advert Summary
To collate information, co-ordinate activities, ensure administration of project activities within designated project timeframes within Strategic Human Capital.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Post Matric Qualification, and/or Project Management related qualification /
- Project Management/Events management certificate would be advantageous
- Training related certificate or qualification
- 2-3 years’ experience in project environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in Ms Project
- Experience in Training and Learnership/graduate environment
- Driver’s license
- Proven track record using Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Outlook
Primary Duties
- Co-ordinate day to day functions and events within section
- Provide updated information to Project Manager
- Secure, order and maintain resource levels within section
- Facilitate documentation for reservations and procurement
- Operational project and event methods and procedures for each project
- Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) for section
- Compile quality weekly and monthly reports for project activities
- Plan and execute work schedule for concurrent project activities
- Manage administration and learnership/graduate activities in the section
- Provide back up while Project Manager is out of office
