We’re a fast-growing performance-focused growth agency helping SaaS and digital product companies scale profitably. We drive measurable outcomes through full-funnel marketing, brand, creative, and digital strategy. As we expand our content efforts across YouTube, social platforms, and product marketing, we’re looking for a highly creative and technically sharp Video Editor to join our team and bring our storytelling to life.

About The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor who can take raw footage and ideas and turn them into content that engages, educates, and performs. You’ll be creating everything from founder-led YouTube videos in the style of Dan Martell or Ali Abdaal, to polished product feature videos for SaaS platforms, and social shorts that make people stop scrolling. This is a key creative role with lots of room to grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit weekly 5-8 minute YouTube videos with storytelling and pacing that holds attention
  • Create 3 short-form videos per week (30-60 seconds) optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Cut and polish product feature videos (e.g. demos and explainer content)
  • Craft sizzle reels, launch promos, and ads that align with campaign goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver content that drives performance and builds brand
  • Add captions, music, motion graphics, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional video editing experience
  • Strong portfolio of YouTube content, social shorts, and product explainer videos
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
  • Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention strategies in short- and long-form formats
  • Creative eye for composition, lighting, and motion
  • Ability to work with existing brand assets and evolve visual style over time
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience working with SaaS companies or digital brands

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and analytics
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Descript, Runway) to enhance editing workflows
