Accountable for all end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding activities for employees
Accountable for all HR operational activities including benefits enrollment, payroll
Accountable for managing low performance coming out of the annual performance cycle and through the year to drives high performance in the organization and aligns with company objectives
Respond to inquiries and provide overall cross functional support as needed
Provide support for regulatory and legislative reporting and processes required in the HR domain for the respective market supported, where applicable. Ensuring all policies are updated and communicated to employees.
Provide detailed analytics, dashboards, presentations, and interpretation of data to drive informed business decisions on people matters.
Act as the operational muscle behind our key people programs and initiatives, supporting the execution of the organizations people strategy. Programs include, but are not limited to, annual review, talent planning, promotions, retention and Growth and Development.
Establish a strong partnership with People Team COE partners and others within the function.
Use data to influence and drive an unbiased decision making process.
Support creation of project plans and drive execution of deliverables, communications, and timelines for execution of people programs and initiatives.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by the People Advisory leader and People Business Partner.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
4 or more years of work experience with a bachelors degree or an Advanced Degree eg Masters, MBA
Experience as an HR generalist managing small to medium complexity people issues
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle priorities and have an eye for detail to ensure delivery is always on time and as expected
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with ability to present ideas and data cohesively and accurately
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights that drive decisions
You are emotionally intelligent, with a customer first mindset and able to value all perspectives
Great interpersonal skills, team player and true collaborator ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently through effective communication and influence
Capability to be agile and offer creative solutions
Ability to drive continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and help promote a professional organization
