Together with the store manager and duty managers, you will ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Operational Role Responsibilities

Act as my Store Leader’s business partner
To ensure the safety of customers and teammates on a daily basis.
To guarantee the Safety, Flow of goods and Cash Flow.
To ensure organized and efficient processes.
To ensure the upkeep of the facilities and maintenance in my building.
To ensure our customers are satisfied or satisfied: by protecting the image of the store, the culture of the team (vitality, responsibility) and the respect of the commercial policy of the store.
Responsible for the daily and monthly management of Duty Managers with a monthly individual meeting with all Duty Managers
An energetic self-starter with strong leadership skills and a love for sport!
