We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director, Digital to lead the continual evolution of our brand’s digital presence. As a brand that believes women should be seen, heard and elevated, we are responsible for more than just selling clothing — we create experiences that inspire confidence, celebrate individuality, and drive connection. In this role, you’ll define and elevate our digital creative strategy, shaping everything from campaign concepts and content to ecommerce design and social storytelling.

You’ll lead a nimble and hardworking team of talented creatives, translating fashion sensibility into engaging digital moments that reflect our brand ethos and speak directly to our customer—smart, curious women who see the value of dressing with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Set and execute the creative vision for digital touchpoints—including our website, social and paid media, video, and mobile experiences.
• In partnership with the Sr. Creative Director of Design, concept and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, collaborations, product drops, and editorial content that tells compelling brand and style stories.
• Oversee the look and feel of the ecommerce visual experience, ensuring an elevated, seamless, and brand-aligned customer journey.
• Partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and ecommerce teams to align creative direction with product strategy and key brand moments.
• Direct execution of social - minded video shoots for digital channels, with a refined eye and taste level for fashion, styling, and on-brand storytelling.
• Inspire and manage a cross-functional creative team of art directors and content creators; work collaboratively with cross functional designers and writers.
• Present innovative and forward moving digital-first ideas and creative strategies to senior leadership with clarity, confidence, and a deeply rooted passion for the brand and customer.
• Monitor and share industry trends and cultural movements to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  
  

Social Media Focus

• Oversee and evolve the visual and content strategy for all social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with social strategists and influencers to create authentic, high-performing content that drives engagement and brand love.
• Guide real-time content development to respond to trends, product moments, and cultural conversations in a way that feels elevated and on-brand.
• Ensure a distinct and consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels, from campaign posts to organic storytelling.
• Work in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Social Content to analyze creative performance and social metrics to optimize content and inform future direction.
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring to EVEREVE:

• 10+ years of creative experience, with a strong focus on fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands; at least 3–5 years in a creative leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing fashion focused social campaigns, ecommerce design, and elevated digital content.
• Deep understanding of the Evereve customer—her mindset, media habits, and style language and preferences.
• Experience leading high-impact digital content and storytelling across owned and paid channels.
• Fluency in current design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and an understanding of UX best practices.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and the ability to mentor and inspire a growing creative team.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for inviting, layered and modern design and editorial storytelling.

Salary Description

Salary Range: $150-165K + bonus
