Responsibilities
Remote Support
· Assist clients with workstation and printer issues remotely.
Software/Application Support
· Managing the printing infrastructure.
Hardware support
· Providing technical hardware support, repairing printers, managing waste toner errors, paper jams and all service-related errors on printers.
Toner Support
· Logging toner calls, replacing toners, replenishing stock, stock control.
Onsite support
· Engaging with clients in person, participating in projects and special support requirements.
Reporting
· Application data capturing and processing. Supplying data to Management Team or end user based on requirements.
· Daily environmental checks.
VIP Support
· Providing high end technical support to Group Executives.
· Managing escalation tickets.
Monitoring
· Monitoring toner levels for all printer cartridges.
· Physical Hardware
· Network to the printer
Server Support
· Updates and Vulnerabilities
· Health Checks
· Reports
· Configurations
Other Duties:
· Will be available Onsite at Campus from 8:00am to 12:00pm daily
· Daily monitoring of the fleet of devices
· Manage Service-related calls through the helpdesk
· Manage Onsite toner stock
· Manage replacement of toner
· Manage meter reading request
· Manage any movements of devices if required
· Manage User training
· Manage any new device request
· Manage delivery of devices and toner
Qualifications
• Certification Requirements
o CompTIA| CTT+|2011
o CompTIA| CDIA+|2011
o Lgit Smart Solutions| Microsoft SQL Server|2009
o CompTIA| PDI+|2009
o International Business| Business|2010
o International Business| Project Management |2010
• Kofax Nuance Certificates or Experience
o Equitrac Cert 5.4- Cs 6.2
o FMAudit Training
o Output Manager
o Equitrac 6.2
o Docuware
o Aws System Migration
o Autostore
o Square 9
o Global Scan
• Pc Skills
o Office 365
o Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, E-Mail, Internet)

Experience
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
