Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with business stakeholders across all levels to unearth underlying business problems, pain points, and strategic opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis, including process mapping, data gathering, and stakeholder interviews, to clearly define challenges and articulate desired business outcomes.
• Translate complex, ambiguous business issues into clear, concise, and actionable problem statements and measurable requirements.
• Develop compelling solution proposals, including high-level designs, technical approaches, resource estimates, and comprehensive cost-benefit analyses, for stakeholder review and approval.
• Champion the "best-fit" solution, ensuring it not only addresses the immediate problem but also aligns with long-term strategic objectives and our IT roadmap.
• Own the complete delivery lifecycle of approved solutions, from initial planning and resource allocation through to successful implementation and post-go-live transition.
• Lead and empower cross-functional teams, overseeing all phases including design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption, ensuring solutions are truly fit for purpose.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance both the solutions delivered and the delivery process itself.
