This is a phone-heavy customer service role, so we’re looking for someone who sounds polished, professional, and pleasant on calls. If you’re quick-thinking, organized, and love making customers smile, we want to hear from you!

 What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences
  • Respond to order inquiries, returns, shipping questions, and general product information
  • Resolve complaints calmly and professionally
  • Document every interaction clearly in the company CRM
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are followed through and resolved
 Who You Are
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service (E-commerce experience is a plus)
  • C1-level English—spoken and written
  • You sound great on the phone—friendly, confident, and professional
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Able to work full-time and committed to a long-term opportunity
  • Organized, reliable, and thrive in a remote work environment
Compensation:

Around $1,000/1,200month (USD)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST (Full-time only)

Technical Requirements:
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM
  • Main Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
  • Backup Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps
