About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Brand Manager to lead our brand positioning and outreach efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on elevating the company’s presence across creator networks, publications, podcasts, and digital platforms. Reporting directly to the founders, you will act as the connective tissue between brand strategy, creator partnerships, media outreach, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Relations

  • Lead and manage all creator and influencer outreach initiatives
  • Build and maintain an organized pipeline of outreach targets, follow-ups, and campaign activations
  • Coordinate brand campaigns with creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Track campaign results and report on ROI and performance

Media & PR Placement

  • Research and identify high-value media opportunities, publications, and journalists aligned with the brand
  • Craft pitches and coordinate outreach to secure placements in relevant publications
  • Manage relationships with external PR contractors or agencies as needed
  • Track and analyze coverage, sentiment, and brand impact

Podcast & Content Strategy

  • Proactively seek out podcast opportunities for founders and key team members
  • Coordinate scheduling, preparation, and briefing materials for podcast interviews
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape an overarching content roadmap for brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Support repurposing long-form content into short-form assets for social and digital

Digital Branding & Marketing Operations

  • Help oversee and organize branding materials across digital platforms (e.g. landing pages, social bios, brand guidelines)
  • Support broader marketing team with branding-related coordination (email campaigns, ad creative reviews, etc.)
  • Assist with managing timelines, calendars, and assets to ensure marketing campaigns launch on time
  • Take on other ad hoc digital branding tasks as needed to support marketing goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications (startup or creator-focused experience a big plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, creator/influencer ecosystems, and modern media landscape
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces with organization and follow-through
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-first attitude
  • Bonus: Experience working with podcast bookings, PR tools (like Muck Rack or Prowly), or influencer platforms
