About The Role

  • As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand management team to drive brand strategy, execution, and performance.
  • This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand equity and contribute to the overall growth of our product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that can inform brand positioning and strategy.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand messaging and promotional materials.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, research firms, and media vendors, to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Assist in budget management and tracking of marketing spend to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive brand innovation and improve operational efficiency.


Required

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in brand management or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and consumer trends, applying insights to enhance brand strategies.
  • Show willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities to support personal and professional growth within the organization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, product development, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, with a creative mindset for content development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
