Actuarial Specialist (Pricing & Strategic Projects)

Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard International, Actuarial Services area. We are looking to recruit a Actuarial Specialist - Pricing & Strategic Projects.

To lead and support strategic actuarial projects across Hollard International, with a focus on reinsurance optimization, motor pricing, and product development. This role will work closely with local country teams and the analytics function to ensure data-driven, value-enhancing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with local teams to conduct pricing exercises, especially motor product pricing.

Lead or support reinsurance optimization projects in coordination with the analytics team.

Assist in product development efforts aligned with market needs and regulatory standards.

Work with the Analytics Team to contribute actuarial insights into the Business Intelligence platform.

Engage with country teams to ensure consistent pricing methodology and best practices.

Deliver insights and recommendations to support business strategy and profitability.
