Job Description,
An exciting new role is now open in our System Support and Development team. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business recesses, policies and information’s systems.
In the role of Business Analyst, the day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, contribute expertise for various digital solutions, manage development, testing and implement solutions.

Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, Finance or Economics
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication skills,
- and knowledge of business processes
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- FTI Advanced program in Business Analysis (AdBA)
- Advance knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Global & Technical trends in the Medical Scheme Environment
- Knowledge of customer’s business & product offerings / services
- Knowledge of Databases and Systems
- PPSHA policies and procedures
- Good problem-solving abilities and capability to make a good decision
- Computer literacy

- Conduct research and collect data which will help in meeting client’s needs.
- Analysis of information using various statistical methods to determine various patterns.
- Provide training on functionality developed and improved.Ensure team members within group perform effectively and productively.
