What will you do?
We're on the hunt for enthusiastic Lead Warmers to join the MiWay team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for meeting new business lead referral and sales targets, proactively following up on prospects, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll take full ownership of your personal sales goals, driving performance while staying compliant with Fit & Proper requirements as outlined in the FAIS Act.

Minimum Requirements
Qualification
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF level 4
- Regulatory Examination for Representatives - RE 5 (as per DOFA date)
- A minimum of 1 year of Sales experience, preferably within a call centre.
- Previous short-term insurance experience is advantageous.
