Job Title: Sales Representative - Remote South Africa or Morocco

Working hours: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday(busiet day) 8 hour shift CET

Base salary: $800-$1,400 USD/month

  • Total comp (with commission): $1,000-$1,700 USD/month
  • Commission: Based on % of booked revenue (structure TBD)
  • First 3 months: May include guaranteed earnings

A fast-growing French moving and self-storage company, operating two facilities with over 1,000 units. We provide high-touch, reliable service to customers relocating within France—including a growing number of English-speaking clients from abroad. To support this demand, we're hiring a dedicated Self Storage Sales Representative based in South Africa.

About The Role

We're looking for a full-time Self Storage Sales Representative to lead inbound sales and customer service for our international clients. This is a multifaceted role that combines sales, account management, logistics coordination, and occasional administrative support. You’ll guide customers from initial inquiry through to booking and post-sale care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from English-speaking customers
  • Sell our storage and moving services through phone, email, and chat
  • Convert leads into recurring customers and track pipeline progress
  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and third-party moving partners
  • Deliver excellent customer service and post-sale support
  • Perform basic reporting and data tracking in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Assist the founder with light administrative and scheduling tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English (native or near-native required)
  • Can speak or understand French
  • 2-8 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C or service industries
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process independently
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Experience in moving, relocation, or logistics is a bonus
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
