Administration:
- Ensure Africa maps together with capabilities on the continent are clearly defined.
- Work with Account Directors in EMEA to assist Global clients looking for properties in SSA.
- Quarterly meetings should be held with all Account Directors across EMEA updating on any activities on the continent and keeping an eye on any global client activity coming out of the various geographies.
- Holding bi-monthly meetings with Associate partners, discussing project updates and new projects.
- Manage project tracker with all relevant information relating to the project and update invoice forecasts.
- Calculating commissions earned on concluded transactions for accruals and ready to invoice projects.
- Gathering and evaluating real estate market and property data in each region with the relevant associate partner.
- If necessary, researching companies, landlords, and potential tenants.
- Obtain all Landlord building information where possible and keep on file in the JLL ‘building info’ OneDrive.
- Where necessary, support local partners by developing fact sheets and research reports.
- Ensure FICA documentation is obtained from the client.
- Preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses on the various markets to share with clients.
- Working with team members to resolve financial model, transaction, and landlord issues on behalf of clients.
- Understanding local market conditions.
- Build a business development plan for SSA and work closely with partners to execute.
- Understand the client needs clearly and provide advice recommendations to in-country partners.
- Providing out of the ordinary presentations differentiating from competitor analysis presentations.
- Ensuring all new client presentations are JLL branded.
- Assist in presenting cashflow analysis on shortlist properties if necessary.
- Attend all transaction calls with Associate partners and clients.
- Ensuring filing of all project and legal information into relevant client folders.
- Have an understanding the lease negotiation process and prepare relevant documentation when necessary
