Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA), as an accredited South African Institute for Chartered Accountant s (SAICA) Training Centre, is offering exciting opportunities to students to earn the prestigious CA(SA) title through an internship as a SAICA accredited Trainee accountant.


The Elective area of Specialization will be in Management Decision Making and Control.


Candidates will gain first-hand experience of the Finance function in a multi-national automotive company, including Accounting, Internal Control, Taxation, month-end reporting, management accounting, forecasting and budgeting.


Training provided will enable trainees to be in a position to be appointed into one of the GSR analyst roles upon completion of their training programme. A detailed roles and responsibily matrix has been prepared outlining what experience and competencies should be achieved within every rotation over a period of three year. The matrix is in terms of requirements of SAICA and is also reviewed by SAICA.
