Key Job Outputs

  • Legal risk management.
  • Manage litigation matters.
  • Provide expert advice on various legal and technical matters in line with legal framework and best practice.
  • Participate in various projects identified by the department.
  • Draft, vet and negotiate agreements (contract management)
  • Ensure contracts and agreements are amended and updated where required.
  • Manage the allocation and distribution of work via the Helpdesk.
  • Assist with the formulation and drafting internal policy documents and ensure they comply with relevant statutory and/or legal requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of ongoing legal risks, new legislation and court decisions and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse legislative and regulatory developments impacting Adcock Ingram.
  • Provide practical legal solutions to often complex legal matters.
  • Assist with drafting publications.
  • Liaise with attorneys.
  • Assist business in investigating and responding to complaint.
  • Assist business with Industrial Relations and Labour-related matters.
