Role Description
This is a full-time Insurance Administrator and Sales Lead Representative position within a growing and dynamic environment. Be part of a new outbound sales team, offering financial services products to Fidelity Services Group Company's employee customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your contribution to the campaign performance, which will set the foundation for career growth, as this initiative expands into other business areas. A market-related guaranteed basic and attractive commission and incentive structure rewards consistent performance. Earning potential negotiable if the candidate has RE5 and Class of Business.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound insurance sales calls to clients. (Scripted advice)
  • Delivering quality sales of financial products to meet campaign targets.
  • Effective sales objective handling to maximise each sales opportunity.
  • Accurately record and maintain information on call results and policy details.
  • Engaging with all customers in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, sales processes, and systems.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to team leaders.
  • Ensure commitment to the FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements.
  • Adhering to TCF principles and our client’s policies and processes.
  • Understanding the Fidelity Services Group’s culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.

Qualifications and Experience (all non-negotiable)
  • Minimum qualification – NQF level 5 (Financial Services-related qualification will be an advantage).
  • FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5) for Representatives.
  • Class of Business Long-term and Short-term (Personal Lines) will be an advantage
  • Consent required for Date of First Appointment to check timelines and fit and proper deadlines
  • Meet Regulatory Fit and Proper Requirements.
  • A clear criminal and credit record.
  • Experience in outbound sales of insurance products – minimum 2 years.
