We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Office Clerk to join our Operations Team at our Support Centre in Kuils River!
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily post office activities, ensuring all requests are efficiently managed and organised. You will handle requirements from both our stores and the support centre, and liaise with courier companies to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting, sorting and distributing post and parcels to and from Head Office, Regional office and Stores
Act as liaison to internal and external customers:
- Open communication channels with all courier companies
- Liaising external customers including sending parcels overseas
- Communicating to business due and delivery dates
- Provide laminating, binding and copying services to support centre departments
- Shredding of all confidential and sensitive documentation
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Request accurate quotations
Customer Services:
- Assist customers with post/ parcel related queries and provide resolutions
Knowledge & Expertise:
- Knowledge of mail management systems including the receiving and distribution of mail
- Monitoring and tracking of parcels
- Month end reporting
- Processing of invoices / as well as cross border invoices
- Printing of labels for parcels
- Data capturing of courier parcels
- Computer skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communications skills in the official company language.

Essential:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 year experience within a Post Office environment.
