- Schedule maintenance activities
- Implement reactive & preventative maintenance
- Manage internal maintenance projects
- Controll maintenance cost
- Ensure occupational health & safety
- Control equipment & spares inventory
- Achieve individual and team goals
- Improve personal effectiveness
- Transfer knowledge and skills
- Achieve planned budget and schedule projects
- Maintain functional policy and legal framework
- Implement functional best practices
- Utilise SAP functionality
- Report functional information
- Utilisation of functional resources
- Maintain internal stakeholder relations; incl. shop stewards
- Satisfy 'customers'
- Utilise service provider network
- Maintain interdepartmental relations
- Manage change processes
- Initiate continuous improvement
What will qualify you for the role
- NTC/ Technical Trade Certificate
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate (MS Office,SAP,BI)
- 4-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment
- Communication
