The Team:
The Administrative Support Officer plays a vital role within the Clinical Governance Unit of the Clinical Quality, Regulation and Accreditation (CQRA) division. This team is responsible for supporting statewide clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives across the Tasmanian Public Health Service The team is diverse, passionate, and collaborative and reports to the Manager Accreditation Preparation, contributing to the department’s mission of maintaining accreditation readiness and promoting continuous quality improvement.
The Role:
In accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures, the Administrative Support Officer will provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to assist in the delivery of services provided by the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC) which includes services provided in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.

Permanent part time, shift worker position, working 16 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

The Role:
In accordance with established policies, guidelines and procedures, the Administrative Support Officer will provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to assist in the delivery of services provided by the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC) which includes services provided in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.
You will need to:
- Support the efficient and effective flow of information within MMPHC by providing administrative and clerical support on a day-to-day basis to management and staff, 7 days a week (inclusive of public holidays).
- Provide an efficient and friendly client focused, information and reception service, ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries.
- Maintain central filing systems including daily filing, data entry, retrieval of documents and archiving of records in accordance with established guidelines.
Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, shift worker position, working 16 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
