About The Role

We're looking for a Local Operations Coordinator to support and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of operational workflows across our key markets, starting off with the Netherlands, and taking on other upcoming local expansion markets as we continue to grow. This role is crucial to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality execution in alignment with the vision set by our Head of Local Operations.

You'll act as a central point of contact for local teams and internal stakeholders, helping to implement and monitor operational processes, while escalating challenges and ensuring that our services run smoothly and on time.

As a Local Operations Coordinator at Xolo, you will;

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks across the local expansion markets.
  • Ensure execution of operational workflows as previously defined by the Head of Local Operations.
  • Monitor deadlines, task progress, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and cross-team collaboration between local operations and relevant stakeholders and teams such as Head of Expansion, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
  • Identify blockers or inefficiencies and escalate them to the Head of Local Operations or Product Manager / Chief Growth Officer.
  • Support documentation, processes, and alignment on standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure high standards in operational quality and service delivery by actively guiding teams, safeguarding process integrity, and promoting adherence to best practices.

You are the one we are looking for if you have:

  • A hands-on mindset and a passion for making things run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process-driven roles (experience in tech or scale-ups is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills as you're comfortable collaborating across departments and juggling multiple workflows.
  • A structured, problem-solving approach and the ability to identify and address operational issues proactively.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Any other European language is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in operational excellence, customer experience, and local market execution.
  • The ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
